A conference offers an excellent way to bring your company to the attention of a wide range of influential managers and engineers across the industry. We offer a range of opportunities to choose from.

Financial Sponsorship

Component parts of a conference can be sponsored: ie,

drinks reception
conference dinner
lunches
refreshments

Depending on the level of sponsorship pledged and by way of a thank you, BHR Group can put together a package which could combine some of the opportunities above with some or all of the following benefits:

complimentary exhibition/delegate places
company name overprinted on delegate wallets
advertising in proceedings and on the BHR Group website, including Hyperlinks.

Tabletop Exhibition

A tabletop exhibition is planned alongside the Conference and the cost of each space includes the following items:

one exhibition space with one table (5 x 2.5ft) and two chairs (all additional equipment must be provided by the exhibitor)
contact details of delegates attending the Conference

And including for one person:

attendance to all technical sessions
a copy of the proceedings and CD
5 minute presentation slot during the Conference
lunch and refreshments daily
attendance at the networking drinks reception and gala dinner

Promotional Literature and Advertising

Proceedings Advertising
Companies may purchase a full page of advertising in the book and CD version of the proceedings. The book is a softbound volume, produced in Royal Octavo size. As well as being distributed to all attendees of the conference, the proceedings and CD are sold worldwide after the event. Copy must reach the conference organiser well before the conference to meet the publishing deadline.

Promotional Literature
There is an opportunity for companies to purchase the insertion of promotional literature in the delegate information packs. Material for insertion must be sent to BHR Group Ltd well before the conference. A sample of literature must be sent when making your booking for this service.
